| 26-50 pounds | 1/2 - 1 teaspoons up to 3 times per day |
| 51-75 pounds | 1 - 1 1/2 teaspoons up to 3 times per day |
| Over 75 pounds | 1 1/2 -2 teaspoons up to 3 times per day |
